Contains [xvi] 206 (+ index) printed pages of text with colour frontispiece, monochrome floor plans and photographs throughout. The seminal work on the design and construction of bungalows. Smart bookplate to the front free end paper, very light spotting to the verso end papers, bottom corners soft and in Very Good clean and bright condition, the nicest copy we have ever handled. Possibly signed by the author to the front free end paper, could very easily be 'Henry H. Saylor', but it is indecipherable. Member of the P.B.F.A.
