Captain Christopher Louis Wreford-Brown DSO RN (born August 1945) is a retired British Royal Navy officer and was captain of HM Submarine Conqueror during the Falklands War, during which Conqueror attacked and destroyed the Argentine Navy's cruiser the ARA General Belgrano. He is currently the only naval officer to have commanded a nuclear submarine which has sunk a warship in war operations.

Captain David Pentreath CBE, DSO (1933 - 26 June 2019) was an officer and pilot in the Royal Navy. His commands included HMS Daring, HMS Brighton, HMS Plymouth and HMNB Clyde. He fought in the Falklands War while commanding HMS Plymouth and took the surrender of Argentine forces on South Georgia in 1982.
